You're wholeheartedly encouraged to pop your video on for any or all of the call, however your microphone is muted for the duration of the call.

You can decide as you go to fit with what you feel comfortable with.

There is a light "dress code" for videos on, just to ensure everyone feels comfortable.

No, sessions are not recorded or available for replay.

No worries! The Sunrise Society isn't about pressuring you, it's an accountability group that encourages.

There's even a page on how to "re-start" in the welcome pack, just in case you find yourself losing momentum.

Life happens, aim to come along more often than not and let your progress take care of itself!

Membership for The Sunrise Society is monthly subscription and you can cancel any time.

If you cancel, your membership will run until the prepaid month has expired (you will have access til your next payment date).

However, given the live nature and contents of the welcomed pack, there no refunds are available.

The Sunrise Society is a guided accountability group for a morning routine, so there are elements of coaching involved such as a done-for-you plan and session guidance.

Yes! Absolutely. As we use Zoom, The Sunrise Society is accessible worldwide - depending on your timezone

Our live sessions are held at 7am UK time/ 8am BST 

You can do this using a time zone converter like this one.

In the future, if there is demand, there's be further times added that are suitable for different timezones. 

The Sunrise Society membership is currently £47 pm, billed monthly until cancelled.

If this increases, you will lock in the price you have signed up for the duration of your membership.

Membership includes monthly access to all morning routine live calls, group coaching, resources and on demand recordings.
